I had an amazing stay here! The hotel's architecture and style were impressive. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The restaurant served incredible food, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety and delicious homemade options. The staff, like Cindy, were exceptionally friendly and professional. The surroundings were beautiful, with a lovely view of the lake.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location close to a beautiful lake and offers amazing views from the rooms. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide range of food options, and the freshly baked bread was a highlight. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home.
The spa facilities were limited and disappointing, and we felt that more could have been offered for the price we paid. The room was outdated and in need of renovation, especially the bathroom which was small and cramped. We felt that the hotel was overpriced for the overall experience, and were disappointed that we did not receive the luxury experience we were expecting.

the spa was definitely a highlight, with a huge, clean and quiet pool area, perfect for unwinding. the breakfast was also a standout feature, with homemade options and an incredible variety to choose from. the rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with lovely wooden floors and modern amenities, including a well-stocked minibar and comfortable bedding.
The dining service could be slow and uncoordinated at times, with some dishes arriving later than expected.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff. They were very accommodating and remembered us in the restaurant, making sure our toddler was comfortable. The hotel facilities were great with a beautiful pool perfect for relaxing. We loved the location as it was perfect for walking and enjoying the outdoors. The breakfast was the best we have ever had with a huge amount of choices, all homemade and tasty.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with homemade options and a variety of vegetarian options. The hotel location was perfect, located near beautiful outdoor spaces, perfect for walking. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially towards children! They provided us with a high-quality baby bed and other baby essentials. the pool is relaxing and refreshing on hot days.
The water was difficult to find in the individual saunas, which was a negative aspect. the music in the spa area was too loud and disruptive.
